Cranberry Ghost Hot Sauce
Winter seasonal! This stunner of a sauce will make a great addition to your holiday table. It features deeply caramelized red onions and Ruby Jon apples from our friends at Tonnemaker Farms, along with Washington Merlot and spices. We then added cranberries and more ghost peppers than was probably advisable. A month of fermentation created a hot sauce with a bright pop of sweet-sourness followed by a full, long-lasting burn. Pile it on pork, add it to a cheese plate, or swipe it on your Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches.
Cranberry Ghost is normally available November to February.
