Tart and sweet and a gorgeous deep red. The vinegar fermentation transforms and enhances cranberries characteristic sweet-sour-bitterness. We made this with Bloom Creek Cranberries.


Uses: An excellent highball, with vodka and seltzer or tonic. Great with soft cheese – try it in a salad dressing for a spinach and chevre and walnuts. Use it as a barbecue sauce base, especially KC or North Carolina-style.
